Being active is important for our health. This is true for the general population and for many people with cancer. 

If you're living with cancer, the types of movement you do may look and feel different than they used to before cancer. Your level of motivation to be active may be different too. 

Below we've shared some videos of light exercises you may use to build a routine that works for you. Remember, before starting any new exercises, make sure you check in with your healthcare team to make sure these are appropriate for you.
